Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing

A Teriyaki house-inspired salad dressing that goes well with various salads but also is a perfect dressing for just green lettuce and carrots. Everything goes in the blender and will keep for up to seven days in the refrigerator.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup avocado oil or other neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons tamari soy, or coconut aminos
  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the dressing ingredients into the blender and blend until well combined and dressing has emulsified. Store dressing in glass jar.
  • Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
