- 2 small bunches of cilantro about 4 cups loosely packed
- ½ cup of avocado oil or vegetable oil
- ½ cup of plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons aged sherry vinegar apple cider vinegar, or juice from one lime
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined and smooth. This dressing is excellent on salads, wraps, over a protein, or whatever your heart desires.
