Ingredients
  

  • 2 small bunches of cilantro about 4 cups loosely packed
  • ½ cup of avocado oil or vegetable oil
  • ½ cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons aged sherry vinegar apple cider vinegar, or juice from one lime
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper‍

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined and smooth. This dressing is excellent on salads, wraps, over a protein, or whatever your heart desires.‍
